Ungrateful Heart is the fourth LP of Italian band The Gluts, which is out on October 8th via Fuzz Club Records. With the new LP and music out The Fountain caught up with the band to discuss the new music and plans for the rest of the year.

TF: You have a new album out, what has the reception been like to Ungrateful Heart

Well, technically Ungrateful Heart isn’t out yet. Just a little bit more of patience, it will be released on 8th October 😉 It looks like that Mashilla attracted a load of new listeners, at least on Spotify. Our goal of 5k monthly listeners before the release has been reached last week!

TF: And can you sum up the track in one sentence?

Mashilla is the best way for your 8-year old sister to make fun of you, if you’re 4.

TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year?

The plan for the remainder of the year is to promote the album and get all the fun and joy we didn’t for the last year and half.

TF: When can we next expect a live show from you now that venues and gigs are kicking off again?

We’ll tour Europe for two weeks in October. The first show will be in Ghent, the day after the album is expected to be out. Fingers crossed!
