World renowned DJ and Producer, Chelsea Singh has dropped not one but two music releases with the ease of UK restrictions, including: Make You Whole with Rob Tissera (23rd August) and 40 Miles feat. Angie Brown (9th August). Chelsea has recently launched a Record Label, MIXSINGH and will be working with up-and-coming talent producing legendary house music, so watch this space. He also spoke with The Fountain about how his two new tracks have been received and his love for playing Pacha in Ibiza.

TF: You have not one but two new singles out, what has the reception been like to Make You Whole/40 Miles?

For Make You Whole the reception has been absolutely incredible! Because it’s a remix with a brilliant DJ Rob Tissera, it has just gone off and the reception has been amazing! For 40 Miles the reception as been equally as good because we have the legendary voice of Angie Brown who, as everyone knows, is one of the most amazing singers in the world. I
have been very lucky I guess with both records as they have been received with open arms, and are both in the charts currently doing very well and on beatport.

TF: And can you sum up the tracks in one sentence?

Old school piano house.

TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year?

My plan for the remainder of the year is to continue making more music and collaborate with different producers and DJs. I also want to continue my tour DJing around the world. Two years before the pandemic I was on my tour all around South America, where I played at amazing places such as Argentina, Brazil, Chilli and Peru!

TF: Where is your favourite venue for playing live, where is the next place you look most forward to gigging?

My favourite venue to play live at has to be Pacha in Ibiza! I absolutely love it there. The next place I am looking forward to gigging at is again in Ibiza. I was only there about 4 weeks ago and I cannot wait to go back. I am DJing at quite a few events out there so I am looking forward to potentially playing in Pacha again as I love that venue!
