Honestly, Anywhere, a four-piece emo-pop-punk band based in Suffolk, UK. On the 31st July, they dropped their second single – Hayley; a two and a half minute pop punk inspired slap in the face. Honestly, Anywhere spoke with The Fountain about the new track and their favourite venue they are keen to get back to play.

TF: You have a new single out, what has the reception been like to Hayley

We released Hayley on the 31st July. So far we’ve had positive reactions from press and we’re hoping to get the same response from our fans as well! Our debut single Dead Friends was received very well so we’re confident that Hayley will be just as good!

TF: How would you sum it up in one sentence?

A two minute anti-love song to make Machine Gun Kelly s**t his pants.

TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year, after this single release?

We have a few more singles lined up for release. We’re trying to cement ourselves within the pop punk community and feed the ever-hungry nostalgia train. Aside from releasing new music, we’re just looking forward to booking a few shows here and there.

TF: Where is your favourite venue for playing live, where is the next place you look most forward to gigging?

Our favourite venue for playing live would be The Pied Cow, a small venue in our hometown. We played there pretty much every month when we first started and the reception was always the same. Chaotic. We’re looking forward to playing any shows in Wembley. Perhaps an arena who knows!
