BINNY‘s new track, entitled Deep End, narrates connecting with someone on a deeper level beyond the shallow aspects, touching on unintentionally falling for someone, acting as an anthem for boys with feelings. BINNY spoke with The Fountain about the new track as well as plans for the remainder of 2020.
TF: You have a new single out, what has the reception been like to Deep End?
I’ve received really great feedback on the vibe of the song. It’s always great to hear people understanding the intention behind a song and the emotions you are trying to evoke. I’ve also received praise on the production end of it which makes me really happy because producing music is something I recently got into and I put a lot of thought into the production of this song.
TF: How would you sum it up in one sentence?
A song about diving into your feelings and expressing those deeper emotions you have for someone.
TF: Who do you look to and idolise when it comes to influences with this track?
This track was inspired a lot by Lana Del Rey, Sabrina Claudio and Alina Baraz.
TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year, after this single release?
I’m hoping to continue feeling inspired and putting on some more singles and videos this year. I would eventually love to start performing these songs as well.
