Scottish alternative-rock band, from Ayrshire, Aboriginals, have released their new single Back of the Line, and spoke with The Fountain about the single. They digress on the reception it has received and their plan for the remainder of 2020.

TF: You have a new single out, what reception have you had thus far?

Everything we’ve heard has been positive. Largely when we write new tunes we feel like we’ve improved on the previous stuff and fortunately others seem to agree.

TF: How would you sum up the track in one sentence?

It’s an explosive track, the kind of thing that’ll get you in the mood for a night out or something – hopefully!

TF: Will you be performing the track live anytime soon, it would be great to hear it in that format?

We’re planning to put out some live footage soon of a handful of tracks including this one.

TF: What is your plan for the remainder of the year, some more single releases, an EP?

We’ll have a few more singles to come at least.  We’ve got plenty of tunes and definitely want to put out a full length record but we’ll do that when we think the time is right.
